At the time of recording this episode the world is going through a massive state of unknown. As our regular routines being to crumble around us. Being in a state of unknown is a massive trigger for stress, anxiety and fear…we don’t feel safe!
Being in this state for prolonged periods of time harms our body! It harms our immune system, our reproductive system and our WHOLE self. Returning to our self, to our connection is where we will find new ways of being, new answers or maybe just some peace amidst it all. Being in stress, fear and anxiety will never allow us to find solutions and connection. We may all get there, I am offering you ways to not stay there and instead connect within!

This episode offers a few pillars on how to get into greater calm states now. How to return to the present and be with intense stressors and emotions.

I will be sharing a few pillars including the somatic practice of body scans, visualization techniques and breathing techniques. This are all free and can be done wherever you are.
