Given all that is going on in the world today I would like to offer some hope, wisdom and rhythm for this chaotic, stressful, unknown and anxiety space that many may find ourselves in.

This episode DOES NOT give you a here’s what you do to get more rhythm and experience more calm, but it does guide you to this space by offering perspective shifting questions, curiosity and possible ways to create a new way of rhythm for what ever you are currently experiencing right now.

There is no right way to do this.

However, being stuck in a chaotic inner world; stewing in stress and anxiety wont help you or anyone!

This episode covers ways to step out of that, as well as ways to be in greater joy, and create something more aligned with your own values, even amidst the chaos that swirls around. It also helps you create your own map of what rhythm can look like for your family right now.
