Thoughts on...Chocolate cake, jalepeno eggs and the natural void space/contraction of life.

I have been feeling my descent into the void for the past few days.

The contraction has been knocking at the door in quiet whispers, beckoning me in.

There are many signposts on the path of rewilding and reconnecting, as you strip layers off and connect more with your soul.

It is common to see many of the sign posts as “danger, bad, you are going the wrong way, turn around now”.....

What is your dream?

I remember sitting in a women's circle several years ago, when the facilitator asked us,

"What is your dream? What does your heart, your soul whisper to you?"

I looked around at 12 other faces in that circle and saw

When we experience miracles we tend to stop, be still and feel the sense of awe.

A culture that shapes the value of its people by: doing, accomplishing, forever desire for only upward growth at all costs.

Will be so busy doing, so stuck in the min

It is a miracle that each and every one of us is walking around this Earth.  The truth is that we are ginormous balls of energy, in fact there is more energy in the human body than in the sun, vibrating

What feels true to you?

I have spoken quite a bit about this idea of "living life from a new center of gravity".

A Soul Led Life!

One that is found where we are led by something bigger, deeper and wider than what we see and know outsid

Rituals big and small matter!

Rituals create deep anchors for:

🌄Grief to be felt
🌄Skin to be shed

And so much more!
