Episode #4- Releasing our Shells: Vulnerability and Growth in Life Cycle Changes

This is an episode you DON’T want to miss!!!

Truth be told I am not the best with catchy headings and marketing sense. I had a hard time coming up with the title for this episode. A title that would actually say even a glimpse of what is inside. Not sure I did the best job AND I KNOW that this episode rocks!!! Tons of great tools, information and story time included.

In this Episode I break down the cultural stories on life cycle transitions of puberty, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause AND I ask us to shift our narrative to see how this may shift our experience so that we can find the true meaning and potency of power and growth.

I draw upon the childhood story of Grasper the molting crab as it relates to our life cycle transitions where we molt. We feel vulnerable, uncomfortable, in a middle space of not being fully formed and new.

When this occurs with the cultural narrative that is anything but supporting we can feel more disconnected and alone.

I am asking us to reimagine what these transitions are actually for and how they can ultimately make us wise old crabs….seriously you just have to listen to this one.
