Episode #28 There is medicine in the pause!

What does the word 'Pause' bring up for you?

Do you feel like in order to tap into pause that you have to earn it?

Are you much more comfortable in the going and the doing part of life?

Do you see much more value in the go, go, go and very little in the Pause?

The point of this episode is to help move you towards valuing the go as well as the flow.

We are not talking about self care but rather HEALTH CARE!

The Pause is your health care, your balance, and needs to be brought into all of our lives in little ways all throughout our day, not as a time for "self care".

So here is my view on the state of western culture. I don’t think this is a view that to may would disagree with
* We value the go. We value the do. We enjoy the feelings of accomplishment and doing.
*We have very little connection culturally with the pause. Our time is always filled even our weekends are spent going out somewhere, doing something fun, going, going, going.
*Many feel out of alignment, overwhelmed, stressed and sick.

One of the root causes of illness is a body that is out of balance.
