Date: September 24th 9:30am-7:30pm
Includes: Light morning snack, Full Nourishing Lunch and Dinner
The day will be spent in movement, in community, as well as time for personal connection and reflection.
The day is designed to be a beautiful orchestra to help you connect with and fill your inner well; to learn and be inspired with new “tools” from a host of facilitators sharing their own unique “songs” to bring with your back into your life. This day isn’t about changing or fixing anything its all about be inspired to bring more vitality into your “mundane” moments!
You will return home from this day filling FULL from the inside out!
We will be joined by Zoe Levine of The Thriving Body, Angela Marquez of Move your Mood and Carrie Lowe of Sol Breath!
