Episode #17 - Leading with curiosity and making movement yours: A conversation with Zoe Bowick Levine

I had a hard time cramming this conversation into a box. You know that thing I do each week: give it a nice title and wrap it up with a bow for you all because…

Everything about this conversation is about getting out of our box!

I don’t know how many times I hear women or really humans say they are experiencing pain in their bodies. I too have been and sometimes am that person. Nothing wrong with it! It’s part of life.

One of the best ways to feel better in your body is simply MOVING!

Moving doesn’t have to be bossy, doesn’t have to be put in another box! Movement doesn’t have to be labeled ‘exercise’ where you go to the class, push as hard as you can, sweat as much as you can for as long as you can. (From a hormone standpoint if you are having some hormonal imbalance this type of exercise is doing WAY more harm than good!)

What if we began to change our relationship with movement?

What could that possibly look like? What if movement began to happen all day, everyday as you connect more to your body and begin to explore being in it and taking up space within and around you?

Does that spark your curiosity a bit?

This conversation is FULL of ways to explore these ideas. YES to help you feel better in your body; to help you with your aches and pains but maybe in a new way? Maybe in a way that helps you feel more curious and inspired so that you want to keep moving! Maybe in a way that helps you connect with you; your embodiment.
