Episode #44- Being Vulnerable and Feeling Your Emotions as a way to WHOLENESS.

We need to breath,
We need to poop,
We need to eat,
We need to drink,
We need to feel emotions

Why the heck has the greater culture deemed that emotions are bad?
That being vulnerable is weak?

What the heck happened in culture to think that we could think our way through life and control the body (and all the other things we try and control) as if we were a walking brain disconnected from the rest?

How the heck did we get so disconnected and why don't we see how damaging this is to our bodies, minds and souls!

This episode goes through three experiences that I had this week that all weaved the lesson of vulnerability and feeling emotions and how these are scary, labeled as "bad", not to be felt and all the rest.

The three stories that I share are real life examples of how disconnected and misaligned  we can feel in our body, mind and spirit when we constantly wear our "mask" so to speak.  When we don't allow ourselves to be authentic, vulnerable and feel our emotions.

Do you run away from your emotions?
Do you bottle them up?
Do you ignore them and clench them in?

This episode posses the questions, Is being vulnerable weak?

Can we find strength and even power by being vulnerable?

Can we find wholeness by being in our body and FEELING our emotions, by slowing down and stepping within?

In the values of this culture as a whole these are pretty revolutionary ideas and actions!
