Most of us label feelings as good and bad. Those we want strive towards and those we want to ignore, push away, numb.
This leaves us to feeling fragmented.
Our feelings don’t need us to ignore them, they don’t need us to push them away, they aren’t crazy or a result of your hormones...they are asking to be seen and truly felt. Just like a child who is trying to get your attention they will get louder and louder until you see them!
Sometimes they are really loud, overwhelming and “too much” because they have been ignored for so long!
Those bad feelings: anger, guilt, anxiety they are there for GOOD REASONS, they are wise. When we step into awareness and let them be there they will show us a path towards transformation.
So how do we “be” with our emotions or embody our emotions to allow them to show us their wisdom?
