The culture of judgement and control keeps us disconnected and fragmented from ourselves and the world around us.

Control can help us have a sense of “having it all together” of a sense of safety and security.

Control can also make it so we are holding on to everything so tight. It can make us feel stressed, closed and yuck!

In reality we don’t have control over a whole lot in this world. We are literally on a rock, hurtling through space with so many unknowns and things we really don’t understand.

Not to fear though. There are natural laws and rhythms that can help us on our journey through this life. It is up to us to slow down, to wake up and to tap into that wildness that is all around us and inside of us.

It’s time to stop judging: ourselves, our feelings, our longings, our creativity our desires, our needs and all the rest.

It’s time to let go of our tight grip of control and allow for more flow, more natural rhythm and the wildness that is us to come through!

This podcasts shares more about these topics and real life experience as well as tools to help discover the wild and whole inside all of us.
