Inquiries for Private Classes
Private classes are a great way to take any of the workshops that I offer: Powerful Puberty 1, Powerful Puberty 2, Powerful Perimenopause. Going through the workshop with community members, family and friends help normalize these conversations.
I also offer private classes for schools, girl scouts, women circles, mother/daughter circles and other communities that are created on an individual need basis and cover anything from: “mean girls”, menstrual health, consent, body awareness, body image, peer pressure and sexuality.

Requirements:
Each class needs to have a minimum number of 6 participants (for the puberty classes that is 6 families) and depending on the space available each class can handle up to 12 participants. If you are asking for a class outside of Colorado, the class size needs to be at least 10 families and the space will need to be provided. Normally the class is located in someone’s home (although not required).

Once the date is reserved and all the participants are “on board”, the participants will be required to pay and register with their private link within 10 days, if the class doesn’t reach the minimum number in that time the date will be released and the class will become a public class.
Current Dates Available:
(Puberty 1 workshop hours are 9-2:30 not negotiable, Puberty 2 workshop is a 3 hour chunk that is negotiable when it happens, Perimenopause is a 3 1/2 hour workshop that is negotiable normally done in the evening). Fridays dates are only for perimenopause class!

Cost:
Private Powerful Puberty 1: $175 per family
Private Powerful Puberty 2: $125 per family
Private Powerful Perimenopause: $150 per person
